It’s April, and here in Melbourne we’re enjoying some lovely autumn days. As the weather turns cold it gets harder to stay motivated, so here at Lithe Fit and Toned I’ve decided to make this month Active April.

4. Take before and after pictures and post them at the end of the challenge!
Your Month long challenge is: To have an Alcohol-Free April!
The aim of the Active April is to create a healthier and fitter you! I completing all of the challenges with you and here to support you every step of the way.
This week’s challenge, from the 1st until the 8th of April, is:
- Complete 30 burpees, 30 squats and 30 push ups per day
You can do these all in one hit or space them throughout the day. I recommend doing three sets of ten of each.
