This week we’re focusing on workouts you can do in your lounge room, namely the Lithe Fit and Toned Workouts! I challenge you to complete at least 1 of my YouTube Workouts per day, then connect to your Lithe Fit and Toned community via Twitter and Instagram. You’ll also need to Subscribe to my YouTube Channel to WIN.

Your Workout Schedule for this week is as follows:
Tuesday: The Bikini Body Workout- It’s time to Sculpt and Tone your Body for a year round Bikini ready Body
Wednesday: Check Back Here for a Brand New Workout Coming your Way!
Thursday: It’s time to get your sweat-on with the 1000 Skips Workout
Friday: It’s Good Friday, the beginning of the Easter Weekend, a time to spend time with family and friends. I want you to start your day right with the 5 Minute Wake Up Call Workout, then go for a walk/run/bike ride with a member of your family or a friend.
Saturday: Get in two rounds of your Bikini Body Workout
Sunday: Happy Easter Everyone! I hope the Easter Bunny Comes your way. Do your 1000 Skips Workout before the eating begins so you can indulge without the guilt!
Monday: Start your week right with 2 rounds of your Brand New Workout! Check Back here tomorrow for your new workout.
