I cannot believe the calendar is turning again this week! This year is just flying past and it will be July this week! Winter is upon us in the Aussie South, the time of rain and cold, when motivation wanes and the couch is more inviting than ever. Instead of giving in, and letting the kilos pile on this winter, lets kick those kilos to the curb and come summer, emerge from our winter cocoon, bikini ready and raring to go!

Fit into your skinny jeans everyday with your Hip, Butt and Thigh Sculpting Workout!

Run or Interval Train for 30 minutes.
Every 10 minutes Stop and complete:
- 20 squats
- 20 push ups
- 20 jumping jacks/star jumps
